1. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. No entry fee, payment, or proof-of-purchase is necessary to participate in the Program. The time to enter the Program begins August 5,2024 and ends October 31, 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Winner will be announced by December 1, 2024 The Program is sponsored, conducted, and installed by Guardian Heating & Air Inc. Entries accepted in the online application. Refer anyone to Guardian and if they install a complete heating and air system with Guardian during the entry period, you are entered to win! No limit to entries and referrals.

2. By submitting a giveaway entry, the participant claims that they do fall under eligibility guidelines.

3. ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years or older, legal resident of the United States, be within the Guardian service area, have referred Guardian to another customer. Customer has purchased a complete heating and air system with Guardian Heating and Air Inc. within the eligibility time frame. The program is void where prohibited. Guardian Heating & Air Inc makes no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind whatsoever concerning the appearance or performance of any changes made to a home of the Winner.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected with a random drawing of all entries. Winner is responsible for picking up prize at 403 Old Mill Rd. Suite G Cartersville, Ga 30120 within 7 days of notification. If winner declines another random drawing will be held for prize.

GENERAL STIPULATIONS: This Program is subject only to the laws of Georgia and the United States. Prizes will be awarded only to an customers referred by entrant party and are within the Guardian Heating & Air Inc. service area. No substitution of prize is offered. No transfer to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes; Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited. Winner will be responsible for booking and having the appropriate travel documents. Winner will hold Guardian Heating & Air Inc. harmless to any cancellations, changes, accidents, or loss that may occur during the booking process or whilst on chosen vacation. Guardian Heating and Air Inc. is not responsible for any fees, costs, upgrades.

Winner agrees to have first name only and picture taken for marketing purposes of the Guardian Gives Back program. Winner also agrees to Guardian Heating & Air Inc. to discuss winner's eligibility for being chosen the winner and factors involved in the decision making process.Winner agrees to photo and story to be used for marketing and program announcement purposes.

CONDUCT: By entering the Program, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Guardian Heating & Air Inc shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from participation in the Program. Guardian heating & Air Inc. will post these rules on the giveaway page and also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program; to be acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Guardian Heating & Air Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Program; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Program; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Program or download of any materials in the Program. If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include without limitation infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Program, then Guardian Heating & Air Inc reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program in whole or in part at any time. If cancellation of installation is made by the winner or the winner does not comply with the installation procedure, the winner can risk the forfeiture of prizes. Nominee and Nominators agree to be contacted via social media, email or phone to discuss the program, details and business with Guardian Heating & Air Inc.

VOUCHER STIPULATIONS: This travel program offers the recipient the opportunity to purchase 7 nights/8 days resort lodging (OR) a 3,5,6 or 7 day cruise on Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruise lines. All travel must be booked at least 90 days in advance. No black out dates. No transportation provided. Vacation voucher valid for 2 years from the issues date. Accommodations are entry level. Cabin or room upgrades will be an additional charge. Person per cabin may be available for extra charge. Peak season fees may apply for holiday or peak travel and Alaska vacations. Port charges, taxes, drink/food packages, booking fees, processing fees, activation fees are not included. Guardian is not responsible for any of the above charges and/or fees and winner will hold Guardian harmless to any costs or loss associated with the booking and/or travel.
