1. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. No entry fee, payment, or proof-of-purchase is necessary to participate in the Program. The time to enter the Program begins March 1, 2024 and ends march 31, 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Winner will be announced by April 2, 2024 The Program is sponsored, conducted, and installed by Guardian Heating & Air Inc. Entries accepted in the online application.

2. By submitting a giveaway entry, the participant that they do fall under eligibility guidelines.

3. ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years or older, owner of the home, legal resident of the United States, be within the Guardian service area. The program is void where prohibited. Guardian Heating & Air Inc makes no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind whatsoever concerning the appearance or performance of any changes made to a home of the Winner.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected with a random drawing of all entries. Winner is responsible for picking up prize at 403 Old Mill Rd. Suite G Cartersville, Ga 30120 within 3 days of notification. If winner declines another random drawing will be held for prize.

GENERAL STIPULATIONS: This Program is subject only to the laws of Georgia and the United States. Prizes will be awarded and/or installed only to an address within the Guardian Heating & Air Inc. service area. No substitution of prize is offered. No transfer to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes; Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited. To utilize the AC tune up prize, winner must be homeowner of property where tune up will be performed.

Winner agrees to have first name only and picture taken for marketing purposes of the Guardian Gives Back program. Winner also agrees to Guardian Heating & Air Inc. to discuss winner's eligibility for being chosen the winner and factors involved in the decision making process.Winner agrees to photo and story to be used for marketing and program announcement purposes.

CONDUCT: By entering the Program, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Guardian Heating & Air Inc shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from participation in the Program. Guardian heating & Air Inc. will post these rules on the giveaway page and also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program; to be acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Guardian Heating & Air Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Program; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Program; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Program or download of any materials in the Program. If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include without limitation infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Program, then Guardian Heating & Air Inc reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program in whole or in part at any time. If cancellation of installation is made by the winner or the winner does not comply with the installation procedure, the winner can risk the forfeiture of prizes.
